This month I'm thrilled to showcase an amazing coffee table that stands out from the rest - it's been transformed from a genuine Rolls Royce jet turbine that was once used by the Royal Air Force's Red Arrows. 

The Donor Turbine's History

The Rolls Royce turbine at the foundation of this table once powered a jet in the world-famous Red Arrows, the aerobatic display team of the Royal Air Force. Known for their incredible aerial stunts and distinctive precision flying, the Red Arrows are truly legends in the world of aviation.
The turbine itself was shipped from England all the way to California so I could transform it into a piece of functional art. I like imagining the adventures this turbine must have seen in the sky, and it feels great to have given it a new life as a statement piece for your space.

The Transformation Process

After I got ahold of the turbine itself, I cleaned and polished it, taking care to preserve the turbine's industrial elegance and making sure that every cool detail would remain clearly visible. The transparent glass top allows you to admire the turbine's inner workings from every angle without sacrificing functionality.

A Different Direction
