Arrived damaged

Arrived damaged, was inadequately packed (heavy item with no box, just bubble wrapped). Have sent it back for repair. Also, it was apparent that it was wrapped in paper prior to the paint fully drying so the paper was stuck to it and had to be scraped and peeled off in small pieces.
