This is a story about customer service, kindness and the kind of service unknown in the modern world. Ben is a man of his word, a skilled artist and the kind of person with whom I want to do business. Long story short, an issue arose with my purchase (life happens, it was not the seller’s fault) and Ben went old school and bent over backwards to make it right. Ben is a man of his word; when he made me a commitment, he did not just live up to his commitment he exceeded it. I would do business with Ben again in a nanosecond, and I would recommend his work to family and friends. A craftsman and a gentleman, both in the old school meaning of those terms; that is the summary of Ben.
