The camshaft undergoes a rigorous cleaning routine, and is the connected to a round base, often a crankshaft pulley, wheel hub or other suitable car part. The wire for the camshaft is hidden in the center of the lamp, which contributes to the sleek look.
A vintage and long-lasting LED Edison style bulb is supplied with each lamp, providing a warm orange glow. The light is turned on and off via a switch on the bulb holder. Classic cloth wrapped wire is used to wire the lamp.
