This is a clock created from a genuine car piston - out of a real engine! A piston is deep in the heart of an engine - a part that is instantly recognizable by car lovers and gearheads. Measuring at approximately 10 inches high and 4 inches around on the base, we discovered that a piston is a perfect size for a clock for your home, office or as a gift for any car enthusiast!
The clock face is a custom design to mimic a race-car dashboard. The RPM gauge tachometer display on the clock completes the car theme of this functional work of art!
You can personalize your clock with a variety of choices:
1 - 'Elegant' or 'Patina' finish. Please note the difference in the pictures, the 'Elegant' finish is a very clean, shiny and modern look in which the parts have gone through an in-depth, multistage cleaning process. The 'Patina' finish maintains the marks, stains and character of the used piston. Every clock has a clear finish, so any marks and stains are completely sealed.
2 - Color of the clock ring. Please note the choices in the pictures, you can choose a black, silver or gold clock ring.

4 - I can source a specific piston from the car of your choice! Please contact me prior to purchasing if you would like to source a certain piston - when given as a gift it is certainly appreciated when the piston is from the receiver's favorite car! Each piston is a slightly different shape or style, so the pictures are for reference only - each has its own unique character!
